About Roof Pros Plus
A southern New Hampshire roofing, siding and gutter contractor that tells you what your house needs, and what it doesn't.
A Straight Answer About Your Roof
Most people call a roofer with one question: is this a repair, or is it the whole roof? You deserve a real answer. If a repair will hold, we will tell you so and do the repair. If the roof is finished, we will show you why, in photos, before you decide anything.
Roof Pros Plus handles the outside of the building. That means roof repair and full replacement, standing-seam metal roofing, metal roof coating, siding, gutters, ice dam removal, storm damage and commercial roofing. On our jobs you will see Owens Corning Duration and IKO Dynasty shingles, Englert and Metal Sales standing-seam panels, and EPDM rubber (a single-ply membrane used on flat and low-slope roofs). Our commercial work has included a hotel, condo buildings, a church and an apartment building.
Our office is at 84 W Broadway in Derry. From there we work the towns around three hubs: Manchester, Nashua and Keene, across Hillsborough, Rockingham, Merrimack and Cheshire counties.

What the Work Looks Like

A winter tear-off in progress. Once the old shingles are off we can see the decking (the plywood or boards under the roofing) and replace anything soft before new underlayment goes down.

A different home, fully done: IKO Dynasty shingles in Granite Black, with clean lines at the ridges, valleys and edges.
What We Stand For
Straight Talk
You get our real read on the roof, including when the right move is to leave it alone for a few more years.
Careful Work
Name-brand materials, installed the way the manufacturer specifies. The parts you will never see get the same care as the parts you will.
Close to Home
Our office is in Derry and our work is in the towns around it. We will be driving past your house for years, so we want to like what we see.
