Free Roof and Siding Inspection
Not sure what shape your roof is in? We'll take a look at no charge and tell you plainly what we see, whether or not there's work in it for us.
What We Check
Three Simple Steps
We Inspect
We look over the roof and siding, take photos as we go, and explain what they show in plain language.
You Decide
If work is needed, you get a written estimate. Take it, think it over, compare it. The choice is yours.
Small Roof Problems Are the Cheap Ones to Fix
A cracked pipe boot or a loose piece of flashing rarely shows from the ground. After a New Hampshire winter, a free look is an easy way to catch it before it reaches your ceiling.
Inspection FAQ
What exactly is included in the free inspection?
We go over the full roof, including the shingles or metal panels, flashing, valleys, ridges, gutters and ventilation. We also check the siding for cracks, warping and moisture trouble. Afterward you get photos of what we saw and a written summary.
How long does the inspection take?
That depends on the size of the house and how complicated the roof is. A simple roof goes quickly, and a big one with lots of angles, or one where we find damage worth a closer look, takes longer. Tell us about your home when you book and we'll give you an idea of what to expect.
Do I need to be home during the inspection?
No, the outside can be inspected without you there. It's better if you can be home, though. We can show you what we found while we're standing in front of it, answer your questions, and look in the attic if you'd like us to.
