What Happens When We Get There

Stopping the water comes first. We cover the damaged area with a tarp and fasten down anything loose so the next gust or downpour can't make it worse.
Temporary Repair
Where a tarp isn't the right answer, we patch, seal or board over the opening. The goal is a dry house while the permanent fix is planned.
Permanent Repair or Replacement
With the house protected, we inspect properly, write up an estimate and schedule the lasting repair, or a replacement if the damage calls for one.

How fast can you respond to an emergency?
Roof emergencies go to the front of our schedule and we get to you as fast as we can. How soon depends on where you are in our service area, the weather, and how many other roofs the same storm hit. Call us at (603) 552-5072 and we'll tell you honestly when we can be there.
Do you help with insurance claims?
We help with the contractor's side of a claim. That means photographing the damage, writing up what we found and giving you a written estimate to pass to your adjuster, and we're glad to talk the adjuster through the damage if that helps. Your insurer decides what's covered.
What if it's after hours or a holiday?
Call anyway. If nobody picks up, leave your name, address and what's happening, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. While you wait, catch the water in buckets, move what you can out from under the leak, and stay off the roof. If the roof is sagging or wires are down, get out of the house and call 911.
